<br /> � KNOW ALL It�EN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Christine H. Haack
<br /> of¢ Kearney, Buffalo County, Nebraska do hereby make, publish and
<br /> : declare this to be -my last will and testament, hereby revoking all
<br /> • . ,former wills by me heletofore made.
<br /> ONE: I direct that all of my just debts to include e;cpense
<br /> of last sickness and funeral expenses shall be first paid; I fur-
<br /> ther direct that al� federal estate taxes, state inheritance taxes
<br /> due to the State of Nebraska, and other death taxes shall be paid
<br /> out of the rest and residue of my estate and shall not be apport-
<br /> i oned. '
<br /> TGIO: I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my bonds,
<br /> savings accounts in banks and building and loan stock and all of my
<br /> real estate unto Mildred H. Behrens ancl Florence R. Minor, trustees,
<br /> on trust, for the following purposes; .my trustees are authorized
<br /> and directed to collect rents, profits, interest and dividends due
<br /> � on said assets and to pay the same to my beloved husband, Fred C..
<br /> . Haack, so long as he so lives; I further direct that should the
<br /> income from the above named assets and the income from the
<br /> ,
<br /> � other property which my husbarid shall receive under the terms
<br /> of this will and which he may own individually or will receive by
<br /> virtue of joint ownership with myself, shall be insufficient .to
<br /> keep and maintain him in the manner in which he is accustomed,
<br /> to include such vacation trips as he may desire and determine
<br /> t o take and his medical, hospital, doctor bills, then and in
<br /> that event, my trr.�tees shall sell at his request, so much of
<br /> the above described securities, as, may be necessary for his Y
<br /> requirements. If for any other reason, it becomes necessary or
<br /> � adviseable �o convert any of the items passing to said trustees
<br /> into cash, my_,trustees are empowered so t.o do and to invest '
<br />�. and reinvest the proceeds thereof with the advice of the County ;
