<br /> �. ' KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: : That I, Fred C. Haack of
<br /> Kearney, Buffalo County, Nebraska do hereby make, publish and declare
<br /> this to be my Last Will and Testament, her�by revoking all former Wa.11,s

<br /> by me heretofore made.
<br /> ONE; I direct that all of my just debts to include expense of
<br /> last sickness and funeral expenses shall be first paid; I further dir-

<br /> ect that all federal estate taxes, state inheritance taxes due to the
<br /> � State of Nebraska, and other death taxes shall be paid out of the rest
<br />� and residue of my estate and shall �ot be apportionedo

<br />� � TWO: I hereby give and bequeath all of my capital stock in
<br /> Hested Stores, Incorporated, Hested Stores Company, Lee Realty Company,
<br />� Lee Stores, Incorporated; the Store Kraft Manufacturing Company,
<br /> Incorporated, and Fairmont Foods, Incorporated, unto Mildred H,
<br /> Behrens and Florence Ro Minor, Trustees, on trust for the following
<br /> • . purposes: My trustees are authorized and directed to collect divi-
<br /> dends due on said stock, and to pay the same to my beloved wi�fe,
<br /> Christine H. Haack, so long as she so lives; I further direct that
<br /> should the income •from the above named stocks and the income from the
<br /> other property which my wife shall receive'under the terms of this
<br /> Will and which she .may own individually or will rec�ive by virtue
<br /> of joint ownership with myself, shall be insufficient to keep and main-
<br /> tain her in the manner in which she is accustorned, to include such va-
<br /> , cation trips as she may desire and determine to take and her medical,
<br /> hospital, doctor bills, then and in that event, my trustees shall
<br /> sell at her request, so much of the Hested Stores Company' s stock
<br /> as may be necessary fo.r such requirements, Should either or any of
<br /> said Corporations be dissolved by act of the stockholders or direc-
<br /> tors or by operation of law, then I direct that the proceeds received
<br /> for the capital amount of said stock be reinvested by my trustees �
<br /> with the advice of the county court of Buffalo County, Nebras�Ca and �
<br /> that the income from the reinvestment be paid to my wife in accordance
<br /> with the terms of the fore�oing. And on the death of my said wife, I
