<br /> been born on August 22, 1868, and being at the time of his death a '
<br /> citizen and a resident of Hall County, Nebraeka , and he left eurviving
<br /> him, ae hie sole and only heirs-at-law and beneficiaries, the following, �

<br /> Arthur M. Hauke, a son, of 1010 East Street, Wood �
<br /> River, Nebraska ; ''
<br /> Myrtle M. Garrison, a daughter, of Taylor, Nebraska ;

<br /> Lena Hauke Berry, a daughter, of �lg45 Fourth Street,
<br /> Apartment No. 34, Sparks, Nevada ; •
<br /> Anna Wescoatt, a daughter, of Rural Route No. 1, Box
<br /> 128, Williams, California ;
<br /> further, that the said deceased was a widower at t�.e time of his death;
<br /> that his wife, Sadie Hauke, died in Wood River, Nebraska , on July 17,
<br /> 1943, and he had not remarried eince her death; that two other children,
<br /> were born to them, namely, Ralph Hauke and Lavern Hauke, but both of them
<br /> preceded their parents in death, and neither were survived by any child
<br /> or children; and, that the said Arthur E. Hauke was not aurVived by any
<br /> other children, or by any children of a deceased child, other than those
<br /> set forth above.
<br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE G�URT that
<br /> Lena Hauke Berry was named as executrix in the Last Will and Testamen�
