<br /> . Edsell Hauke, di�d testate on May 22, 1966, being et that time 97 years
<br /> of age, having been born an Augugt 22, .1868, and being at the tim� of ,

<br /> his death a citizen and a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and he ieft
<br /> surviving him, as his aole and only heire-at-law and- beneficiaries , the
<br /> following, who are all of legal age, namely:
<br /> Arthur M. Hauke, a eon, of 1010 East Street, Wood
<br /> River, Nebraska ;
<br /> Myrtle M. Garrison, a daughter, of Taylor, Nebraska ;
<br /> I,ena Hauke Berry, a daughter, of 1945 Fourth Street,
<br /> Apartment No. 34, Sparks, Nevada ;
<br /> Anna Wescoatt, a daughter, of Rural Route Pto. 1, Box
<br /> 128, Williams, California ;
<br /> further, that the $aid deceased was a widower at the time of hid death;
<br /> that his wife , Sadie Hauke died in Wood River, Nebraska , on July 17,
<br /> 1943, and he had not remarried since her death; that two othsr children
<br /> were born to them, namely, Ralph Hauke and Lavern Hauke, but both of them
<br /> preceded their parents in death, and neither were survived by any child
<br /> or children; and , that the said Arthur E. Hauke wa� not survived by any
<br /> other children, or by any children of a decease�d child, o'�her than thoae
<br /> set forth above.
<br /> 7. Lena Hauke was named as executrix in the Last W�11 and
<br /> Testament of the deceased, but deelined to accept such appoiritment be-
<br /> I cau�e she is now married and living in Sparks, .Nevada , and the Court -
<br /> appointed Arthur M. Hauke, son of the deceased, of Wood River, Nebraska,
<br /> to serve as administrator with will annexed.
<br /> 8. The �aid Arthur E. Hauke wae also known as A. �. Hauke
<br /> and Edse11 Hauke, a.nd that Arthur E. Hauke, A. E. Hauke and Edsell Iiau;��
<br /> is one and the same person, notwithstanding the discrepancy in riameg:
