<br /> The Court finds that the executor has waived any executor' s fee. ,
<br /> ' The Court futher finds that Henry Meyer, husband of said deceased, �!,
<br /> predeceased Dora Meyer and that pursuant to the provisions of the last ,
<br /> will and testament of Dora Meyer, deceased, all net assets of her estate I
<br /> passed in equal shares to her four children: Lawrence Meyer, Ruby Johnson, I
