<br /> of his lifetime, in and to all assets of my estate. I devise the re-
<br /> mainder interest in the assets of my estate to my four children, in
<br /> equal shares, one-tourth (1/4) each to Lawrence Meyer, Ruby Johnson,
<br /> Everett L, Meyer and Alvin Meyer, with right of representation for the
<br /> descendants of any child of mine who might predecease me.
<br /> IV.
<br /> "In the evsnt that my husband should predecease me, z give, devise
<br /> and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of the assets of my
<br /> estate, in equal shares, to my said four (4) children, with right of
<br /> representation for the descendants of any child of mine who might pre-
<br /> decease me.
<br /> V.
<br /> "I fully empower my executor to sell any of the assets of my estate,
<br /> including real estate, at such prices, on such terms, and in such manner,
<br /> whether at private or public sale, as he, in his sole discretion, may
<br /> determine to be for the best interests of my estate and without procur-
<br /> ing the leave, license or approval of any court. I further empower my
<br /> said executor to settle, adjust, or compromise, in his sole discretion,
<br /> any claims whether in favor of or against my estate upon such terms and ,
<br /> conditiox�s as he alone may determine to be for the best interests of my
<br /> estate and without the necessity of procuring the leave or approval of
<br /> any court. I further empower my executor, in his sole discretion, to
<br /> make distribution in kind as well as in cash. I waive any privileqe with
<br /> respect to confidential communications had at any time between me and any
<br /> of the attesting witnesses to this will and had at any time between me
<br /> and my attorney, Arthur C. Mayer.
<br /> "WITNESS my signature this 4th day of February, 1965, to my last
<br /> will and testament, consisting of two pages, upon the bottom margin of
<br /> the f irst page I have also written my name f or greater security and
<br /> better identification.

<br /> undersigned, that the foregoing instrument was her last will and testa-
<br /> ment and she request�d us to act as witnesses to the same and to her

<br /> ` presence, and in the presence of each other do hereunto subscribe our
