<br /> Buffalo in the State of Nebraska this 18th da of Jul 1968.

<br /> BE IT REMEMBERED, that Wayne S, Sorensen, Executor, fil�d herein I
<br /> his final report as such executor, together with a petition praying I
<br /> that said report be allowed, for a decree of heirship, determination II
<br /> of inheritance tax, order of final distribution and final settlement
<br /> and discharge. For these purposes the 18th day of July, 1968, at I
<br /> 10:00 o'clock a.m, in the County Court Room in said County was assign- !,
<br /> ed as the time and place for hearing said petition and examining and �
<br /> allowing said final reportp and it was ordered that notice of the �
<br /> pendency of such hearing be given as by law requiredJ and it appears !
<br /> by proof on file that notice was given as ordered by the Court, and I
<br /> that no objections to said final report have been made or filed. Upon �i ,
<br /> examination of the record and evidence in this matter, and being duly '�
<br /> advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows: That Dora Nl�yer �' �
<br /> died, testate, on January 28, 1968, and a resident cf Buffalo County, ��
<br /> Nebraskas that the four children of said deceased filed in this Court i
<br /> an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of I�ra Meyer, �
<br /> deceased, and a petition offering the same for probate and petitioning '��
<br /> the Court to appoint Wayne S. Sorensen executor of this estate, and that �
<br /> an order of this court was mad e assigning the 14th day of March, 1968 �
<br /> at 1Os00 o'clock a.m, in the C ounty Court Room of said county as the '
<br /> time and place f or hearing said petition, proving said will, and ad- �I
<br /> mitting the same to probate, and ordering that notice of the pendency � i
<br /> of said hearing be given as by law required, and it appeare by proof ! '
<br /> on file that notice of such order was so given. I� '
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 14th day of March, 1968, said I'
<br /> instrument was proven, allowed, and admitted to probate as the last will I
<br /> and testament of Dora 1"leyer, deceased, which will is in words as followsz I�

<br /> � "I, Dora Meyer, of Ravenna, Nebraska, being of sound mind and dis- �I
<br /> posing memory, do here by make, publish and declare this to be my 2ast '
<br /> will and testament, revoking any former wills made by me, in words as '
<br /> follows: i

<br /> "I direct that those of my children living at the time of my death I'
<br /> shall select an executor f or this will. I direct that such executor I
<br /> need not f urnish surety on his bond as such. All powers and discretion �
<br /> hereinafter granted such executor shall fully extend to any administra- '
<br /> tor with the will annexed. ���

<br /> "I direct my executor to pay a11 debts legally enforceable against I�
<br /> my estate, as soon after my death as may be convenient, including a1T
<br /> estate and inheritance taxes. �
