<br /> This matter �vas heard April 3 , 19b�, on the Final 'Report
<br /> of the �,xecutors, their Supplemental Report, the Petition for
<br /> Final Settlement of Account and for a Decree of Heirship herein
<br /> and the Court �'inding that due and legal notice of hearing had
<br /> been given as provided by law and the Court being fully advised
<br /> in the premises, finds :
<br /> l. That the Final Account including the accounting in the
<br /> Supplemental Report and the statements and allegations made therein
<br /> are true and correct ,and that the Reports of the Executorsshould �
<br /> be allowed.
<br />� 2 . That the Executors took possession of the personal
<br /> property belonging to the estate, that they have paid all debts, ,�
<br /> claims, costs and expenses of administration, and that there has.
<br /> been a determination of inheritance tax and Federal estate tax, all
<br /> of which have 'Qeen paid and that the �xecutors have made full and,
<br /> complete distribution of all remaining assets in their possession. •
<br /> 3 . That Minnie Kroeger died testate on March 3 , 1967, a
<br /> resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and left as her sole and on].y
<br /> heirs at law five children, they bein� Hattie Schultz, and Ella
<br /> ' Luth, dau�hters, and Alvin Kroeger, Harvey Kroeger and Lawrence _
<br /> Kroeger, sons, all of whom are of legal age.
<br /> • i�. That the said Minnie Kroeger, Deceased, died seized of
<br /> the iollowing described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> South Half (S2) Lot Two (2) , Vantine's Subdivision located on part
<br /> of the Northwest �ualter (NW4) , 5ection 'I�renty-Two (22) , Township
<br /> Eleven (11) , North, Ftange Nine (9) , Li(est of the 6th P.M. , Hal1
