<br /> 21, left as his sole and only heirs at la�v the following named persons, to—wit:

<br /> 23 his son; Regiru� F�IcDexmott Walsh, his da.ughter, and Alyce McDermott Thor�pe, his

<br /> 26 decedent, departed this life on th� llth da.�r of June, I967, and was a legal
