<br /> 6th P.M,, in Hall County, Nebraska descended one-third to Ruth Conn,
<br /> and two-ninths each to Roland L. Conn, Bernice Bonsack and Clareen Hecht,
<br /> with the said two-thirds interes� of Etoland L. Conn� Bernice Bonsack and
<br /> Clareen Hecht subject to a life estate f or the use and benefit of Ruth
<br /> Conn during the remainder of her lifetime; that the bala.nce of the real
<br /> estate described above and any net residue of the personal property
<br /> descends as followss One=third to Ruth Conn, and two-ninths each to
<br /> Roland L, Conn, Bernice Bonsack and Clareen Hecht; that upon filing by
