<br /> �'+t a session of the County Court held in and for said County of '
<br /> Hall in the State of Nebraska this 28th day of March, 1968.
<br /> Present: Edward Dixon, County Judge.
<br /> BE IT REMEMBERED, .that Robert Larson, Ac�ninistrator, filed herein
<br /> his final report as such administr�tor, together with a petition praying
<br /> that said report be allowed, for a decree of heirship, determination of
<br /> inheritance tax, order of final distribution and final settlement and
<br /> discharge. For these purposes the 28th day of March, 1968, at 10:00
<br /> o'clock a.m., in the County Court Room iri said County was assigned as
<br /> the time and place for hearing said petition and examining and allowing
<br /> said final reports and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of such
<br /> hearing be given as by law requiredp and it appears by proof on file
<br /> that notice was given as ordered by the Court, and that no objections
<br /> to said final report have been made or filed. Upon examination of the
<br /> record and evidence in this matter an.d being duly advised in the premises,
<br /> the Court finds as follows: That Orville R.. Conn died, intestate, and
<br /> a resident of Hall Cbunty, Nebraska on the 24th day of July, 1967;
<br /> an order of this Court was made assigning the 23rd day of August, 1967t
<br /> at 10:00 o'clock a.m. in the County Court Room of said County as the
<br /> time and place for hearing said petition, and ordering that notice of
<br /> the pendency of said hearing be given as by law required, and it appears
<br /> by proof on file that notice of such order was so given.
<br /> The .Court further finds that on the 23rd day of August, 1967, proof
<br /> of the facts set forth in said petition. was made and Ro�� Larson was
<br /> appointed administrator of .this estate, and that he furnished bond as
<br /> required and approved by this Court. The Court finds that O�ille R,
<br /> Conn died intestate a:nd left him surviving as hts sole and only heira-
<br /> at-law, his wife, Ruth Conn, and his three children, Roland L. Conn,
<br /> Bernice Bonsack and Clareen Hechts and that Ruth Conn was '�he mother
<br /> of each of said three children. �
<br /> The Court finds that on the 23rd day of August, 1967, an order of
<br /> this Court was made allowing creditors until the 20th day of December,
<br /> 1967, within which to file claims end allowing said administrator one
<br /> � year within which to settle this estate, and f urther ordering that notice
<br /> to creditors be published as by law required, and that a hearing on �
<br /> claims filed against said estate be held at the office of the County
<br /> Judge of Hall County, Nebraska on the 21st day of December, 1967 at
<br /> 9:00 o'clock a.m. and it appears by proof on file that such notice was
<br /> furnished as ordered by .this Court.
<br /> The Court f urther finds t'�at the administrator filed herein his
<br /> inventory of the assets of this estate, together with e copy thereof
<br /> for the County Assessor of Hall County, Nebraska, and that according
<br /> to said inventory said deceased died seized and possessed of the follow-
<br /> ing described real estate: .
