<br /> The Court further �inds that on the 16th day of February, 1968
<br /> an order of this Court. was made barring any claims not heretofor.e
<br /> filed against this estate and finding that no claims were filed 'herein.
<br /> �he Court finds that all expenses of edministration, including court
<br /> costs and attorney' s fees have been paid, and that the executor waived
<br /> any executor fee. That such expenses of adriinistration were paid by
<br /> E1s�e S. A. Boeka and that she claims no charge or lien against the
<br /> remainder interest in said separately owned real estate by reasor, � ..
<br /> such payment. That there is Nebraska inheritance tax due and owing
<br /> herein in the amount of ,�306.82. The Court finds that there is no
<br /> Nebraska estate tax due or owinq herein.
<br /> The Court furth�r finds that copies of all published legal notices
<br /> have been sent to all interested parties during the administration of
<br /> , this estate as by law required, and that affidavits i�.ertaining thereto
<br /> are on file herein; that certificates pertaining to personal taxes have
<br /> been filed herein by the County Assessor and County Treasurer of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska. That Loyd Boeka is one and the same as Loyd �.
<br /> Boeka and Lloyd Boeka, and that i�rle M. Boeka is one and the same
<br /> as Merle t^leiss.
<br /> • IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ALUUDGED Aiv'D DECREED BY THE COURT that
<br /> the final report of Loyd IIoeka, executor herein, be and the same is
<br /> hereby approved and allowed as such; that no claims were filed against
<br /> this estate; that �11 expen���s of administration have been pzid or
<br /> waived; that there is Nebraska inheritance tax due and owing herei.n by.
<br /> Elsie S. A. Boeka and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County

<br /> passed pursuant to the last will and testzmer� and codicil. thereto of

<br /> therein in favor of Elsie S. A. Boeka for the remainder of her lifetime
<br /> and the remainder inter��st therein in seven equal shares, one-seventh
<br /> each, to Loyd A. Boeka, Norman W. Boeka, Tneina_A. Johnson, V7ilber V.
<br /> Boeka, Merle M. Weiss, and Ro}�rt L. Boeka, and a one-seventh interest
<br /> therein to Lloyd Boeka and Norman Boeka, as Trustees, for the use and �
<br /> benefit of Erma L. Brown, and her children Linda Brown and Sandra Brown,
