<br /> said wife shauld have predeceased me, the amount of this bequest would

<br /> stirpes, in the event such child should predecease me. If any child
<br /> of mine should predecease me and leave no descendants living as of the
<br /> time of my death, the share or such predeceased child of mine shall be
<br /> added to the share of my otner children, or descendants of a predeceased
<br /> child of mine, per stirpes.

<br /> "I fully authorize and empower my executor to sell any of the assets ,
<br /> of my estate, including real es�ate, at such prices, in such manner, �
<br /> whether at pri�ate or public sale, and upon such terms as he, in his
<br /> sole discretion may determine to be necessaxy for the best interests of
<br /> the beneficiares of this will and if necessary to sell part or all of
<br /> my real estate in order to pay debts leqally enforceable against my
<br /> estate. Any proceeds remaining after sale of any real estate shall be
<br /> impressed, however, with a life estate in favor of my said wife. A.ny
<br /> purchaser of any asset of my estate, including real estate, shall not
<br /> be liable for proper application of the funds realized from such sale.
