<br /> . At a session of the County Court held in and for said County. of Hall
<br /> in the State of Nebraska this 20th day of March, 1�68.
<br /> Present= Edward Dixon, County Judge.
<br /> BE IT REMEMBERED, that Loyd Boeka, executor, €iled herein his final
<br /> report as such executor, together wa.th a petition praying that said.re-
<br /> port be. allowed, for a decree of heirship, determination of inheritance
<br /> tax, order of final distributiori and final settlement and dischaxge.
<br /> For these purposes the 20th day of March, 1968, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. in
<br /> the Counfi.y Court Room in said County was assigned as the time and place
<br /> for hearinq said petition and examining and allowing said final report;
<br /> and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of such hearintr be given
<br /> as by law required; and it appears by proof on file that no•�ice was
<br /> given as ordered by the Court, and that no objections to said final re-
<br /> port have been made or filed. Upon examination of the record and
<br /> evidence in this matter, and being duly advised in the premises, the
<br /> Court finds as follows: That William C. Boeka died August 16, 1967,
<br /> testate and a resident of Los Angeles County, California; that Loyd
<br /> Boeka filed in this Court instruments purporting to be the last will
<br /> � and testament and codicil thereto of William C. Boeka, deceased, and
<br /> a petition offering the same for probate as a Foreign Will and Codicil,
<br /> and that an order of t;'�is Court was made assigning the 20th day of
<br /> March, 1968 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. in the County Court Room of said
<br /> County as the time and place for hearing said petition, proving said '
<br /> Will and Codicil, and admit�ing the same to probate, and ordering that
<br /> notice of the pendency of said hearing be given as by law required,
<br /> and it appears by. proof on file that notice of such order was so given.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 23rd day of Octobez, 1967, said
<br /> instruments were ouZy admitted to probate as the last will and testa-
<br /> ment and codicil thereto of William C. Boeka, deceased, which WiI.l and
<br /> Codicil are in words as follows: �
<br /> "LAST WILL AND TEuI'AMENT OF WILLIAM C. BOEKA .
<br /> "I,William C. Boeka, being of sound mind and di�posing memory, do
<br /> hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,
<br /> revoking aJ_1 former wills made by me, in words as follows:
<br /> . _.
<br /> "I appoint my son, Loyd A. Boeka, executor of this will and direct
<br /> that he need not furnish surety on his bond.
<br /> � II.
<br /> "I direct my executor to �ay, as soon as convenient after my deatli,
<br /> all deb;:s legally enforceable against my estate, including the expenses
<br /> of my last illness and burial, the purchase of a burial plot and suit-
<br /> abl.e marker inscribed and erected at my grave, his best judgment to
<br /> determine the style and cost thereof, and the expenses of probating this
<br /> will and administering my estate.
<br /> III.
<br /> "I 'bequeath to my son, Nox�man W, Boeka, the sum of $1,000.00 subject
<br /> to the right of my wife, Elsie S. A. Boe)ca, to receive the income there-
