<br /> _ �`he Court further finds that on the 13th day of December, 1967, an I
<br /> order of this Court was made barring claims not heretofore filed, and
<br /> continuing f or hearing two claims fi].ed against said estate. The Court
<br /> finds that said two claims were subsequently dismissed and there are
<br /> no claims f iled against this estate which are unpaid. The Gourt further
<br /> finds that all expenses of administration, including court costs and
<br /> attorneys' fees have been paid and that the executrix waived any ex-
<br /> ecutrix fee. The Court further finds that pursuant to the provisions
<br /> of paragraph III of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, a nd
<br /> � since Bessie E, Munroe survived said deceased by more than four months,
<br /> that all net assets of this estate passed in fee simple absolute to the
<br /> said Bessie E. Munroe, and that her receipt therefor is on file herein.
<br /> The �ourt further finds that there is Nebraska inheritance tax due
<br /> , and owing herein by Bessie E. Munroe in the amount of $2�35.98. The
<br /> Court finds that there is no Federal estate tax nor State estate tax
<br /> due or owing lierein.
<br /> � IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, AANDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that
<br /> the Final Report of Bessie E. Munroe, executrix herein, be and the same '
<br /> is hereby approved and allowed; that no claims against this estate re-
<br /> main unpaids and that all expenses of administration have been paid or
<br /> waived; that all net assets of this estate passed in fee simple absolute
<br /> to Bessie E, Munroe, and that there is Nebraska inheritance tax due and
<br /> owing herein to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska in the
<br /> amount of $235.98 by Bessie E. Munroe, and that said deceased left him
<br /> surviving as his sole and only heirs-at-la.w, his widow, Bessie E. Munroe,
<br /> and three children: William L. Munroe, Melvin E. Munroe, and Vivian T.
<br /> ' Kerseyp that this estate has been fully administered and settled and
<br /> that said executrix be discharged and released from her bond upon pay- -
<br /> ment of the Nebraska inheritance tax.due and owing herein.
