<br /> do hereby certify that on the 17th day c� July, 1967, the instruments
<br /> purporting to be the last will and testament and codicil thereto of
<br /> William A. Munroe, deceased were f iled f or probate in this Court. That
<br /> on the 14th day of August, 1967, said instruments to which this certi-
<br /> ficate is attached were duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br /> will and testament and codicil thereto of the real and personal estate
<br /> of said William A. Munroe, de�eased, and the same were ordered to be re-
<br /> ' corded in the re cords of the ourt aforesaid.

<br /> Munroe left him surviving as his sole and only heirs-at-law the follow-
<br /> ing persons: Bessie E. Munroe, his widow; William L. Munroe, son, Melvin
<br /> ' E. Munroe, son, ;and Vivian I. Kersey, daughter. �
<br /> The Court fur.ther finds that on the 14th day of August, 1967, an
<br /> ' order of this Court was made allowing creditors rantil the 6th day of .
<br /> December, 1967 within which to file claims, and allowing said executrix
<br /> one year within which to settle said estata, and further ordering tha.t
<br /> notice to creditors be published as by law required, and that a hearing
<br /> on claims fi7.ed against said estate be held at the office of the County
<br /> Judge of Hall County, Nebraska on the 13th day of December, 1967 at 9:00
