<br /> alternate or successor 'executor or administrator with the will annexed,
<br /> to sell any .of the assets of my estate, including real estate, at such
<br /> prices, on such terms, and in such manner, whether at private or public
<br /> sale, as she in her sole discretion may determine to be f or the best
<br /> intere3ts of my estate and without procuring the leave, lic ense or ap-
<br /> proval of any court. I authorize distribution of the assets of my estate
<br /> in kind as well as in cash.
