<br /> At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of
<br /> Hall in the State of Nebraska this 14th day of February, 1968. •
<br /> Present: Edward Dixon, County Judge.
<br /> BE IT REMEMBERED, that Bessie E. Munroe, executrix, filed herein
<br /> her final report .as such executrix, together with a petition praying '
<br /> that said report be allowed, for a decree of heirship, determination
<br /> of inheritance tax, order of final distribution and final settlement
<br /> and discharge. For these purposes the 14th day of February, 1968 at
<br /> 10:00 o'clock a.m. in the County Court Room in said County was assign- f
<br /> � ed as the time and place for hearing said petition and examining and
<br /> allowing said final report; and it was ordered that notice of the
<br /> pendency of such hearing be given as by law required; and it appears
<br /> by proof on file that notice was given as ordered by the C.ourt, and
<br /> that no objections to said final report have'oeen made or f iled. Upon
<br /> examination of the record and evidence in this matter, and being duly
<br /> advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows: That William A.
<br /> Munroe died July 12, 1967, testate, and a resident of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraskas that Bessie E, Munroe filed in this court instruments pur-
<br /> porting to be the last will and testament and codicil thereto of
<br /> William A. Munroe, deceased, and a petition offering the same for
<br /> probate and petitioning the Court to appoint her executrix of this
<br /> . estate, and that an order of this Court was made assigning the 14th
<br /> day of August, 1967 at 1Os00 o'clock a.m. in the County Court Room
<br /> of said county as the time and place for hearing said petition, prov-
<br /> ing said will and codicil, and admitting the same to probate, and
<br /> ordering that notice of the pendency of said hearing be given as by
<br /> law required, and it appears by proof on file that notice of such order
<br /> was so given.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 14th day of August, 1967, said
<br /> instruments were proven, allowed, and admitted to probate as the last
<br /> � '' will and testament and codicil of William A. Munroe, deceased, which '
<br /> ,' will and codicil are in words as followss '
