<br /> and said Alice Nelson Bett was appointed executrix and furnished bond
<br /> as required and approved by the court. The Court finds that Walter J.
<br /> Bett lett him surviving as his sole �.nd only heirs-at-law the following
<br /> persons: Alice Nel'son Bett, his widow; and Marcia Bet� Bumkens, a
<br /> daughter by a prior_marriage.
<br /> The Court furthex fi.nds that on the 3Oth day of August, 1967, .an
<br /> order of this court was made all.owing creditors until the 27th day of
<br /> December, 1967 withir� which to file claims, and allowing said executrix
<br /> one year within which to settle said estate, a.nd further ordering tha.t
<br /> notice to creditors be published as by law required, and that a hea.ring
<br /> on elaims filed against said estate be held at the office of the County
<br /> ' Judge of Hall County, Nebraska on the 28th day of December, L967 a.t 9:00
<br /> � o'clock a.m. and it appears by proof on f ile that such notice was pub-
<br /> � lished as ordered by this Court.
<br /> The Court further finds ,that the executrix filea herein her inven-
<br /> tory .of the assets of this estate, together with a c opy thereof for the
<br /> ' County Assessor of Hall County, Nebraska, and that according to said �
<br /> � inventory said deceased died seized and possessed of the following des-
<br /> cribed real estate:

<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska �homestead)
<br /> Personal property as specifically described in the Inventory.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 28th day of December, 1967, an
<br /> order of this court was made barring claims which micrht be filed against -
<br /> this estate and the Court finds that one claim was f iled herein, and
<br /> that said claim was811�wed and has been paid. The Court further finds
<br /> that all expenses of administratiori, including court costs and attorneys'
<br /> fees have been paid and the executrix waived any executrix fee.
<br /> , The Court further finds that pursuant to the provisions of ArticleII
<br /> of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, all net assets of this
<br /> esta.te passed, in fee simple absolute, to Alice Nelson Bett, and that her
<br /> receipt therefor is on file herein.
<br /> ' The Court further finds that there is Nebraska inheritance tax due
<br /> and owing herein by Alice Nelson Bett to the County of Hall in the amount
<br /> of $227.37. The Court finds that there is no Federal estate tax nor
<br /> State estate tax due or owing herein.
<br /> The Court further finds that copies of all published legal notices
<br /> have been sent to all interested parties during the administration of
<br /> this estate as by law. required, and that affida.vits pertaining thereto
<br /> are on file herein; that certificates pertaining to personal taxes have
<br /> been filed herein by the County Assessor and County Treasurer of Ha11
<br /> County, Nebraska.
