<br />  			At a  session of the County Court held in  and for said County of
<br />  		Hall  in the  State  of Nebraska  �his  25th day o£ January,  1968.
<br />   			Present:   Edward Dixon,  County Judge.
<br />   			BE IT REMEMBERED,  that Al.ice Nelson Bett,  executrix,  filed here-
<br />  		in her final report as  such executrix,  together with a petition pray-
<br />       �   	ing that  said report be  allowed,  for a  decree of heirship,  determina-
<br />  		tion of  inheritance  tax,  order of final  distribution and final  settle-
<br />	•	ment and discharge.   For these .purposes the  25th day of Januar�,  1968
<br />  		at  10:00  o'clock a.m.  in the County Court Room in said County was
<br />  		assigned as the  time and place  ior hearing  said petition  and examin-
<br />  		ing and allowinq  said final report;  and it was  ordered that  notice  of
<br />  		the pendency of  such hearing ,be  given as by law required;  and  it ap-
<br />  		pears by proof on file  that  notice was  given as  ordered by the Court,
<br />  		and that no objections  to  said final  report have been made  or filed.
<br /> 		Upon examination  of  the  record and evidenc.e  in this matter,  and being
<br />		� duly advised in the premises,  the  Court finc'ts  as follows:    That Walter
<br />  		J.  Bett  died July 15,  1967,  testate,  and a  resident of Hall  County,
<br />  		Nebraska;  that Alice Nelson Bett filed in th�.s Court  an instrument
<br />  		purporting to  be  the  last will  and testament of Walter J.  Bett,  deceased,
<br />  		and a  petition offering the  same  for probate and petitioning the  court
<br />  		to  appoint her executrix of  this estate,  and that an order of  tYzis Court
<br />  		was made assigning  the  30th day of August,  1967  at  10:00  o' clock a.m.
<br />  		in the  County Court Room of  said county as  the time  and place  for hear-		;
<br />  		ing  said petition,  proving  said Will and admitting the  same  to probate,
<br />  		a.nd ordering that notice  of the pendency of  said hearing be  given as by		�
<br />  		law required,  and  it  appears by proof on file  that notice  of  such order
<br /> 		was  so  given.
<br />  			The  Court further finds  that on the  30th day of August,  1967,  said
<br />  		instrument was proven,  allowed,  and admitted to probate  as  the  last
<br /> 		will  and testament of VaaTter J,  Bett,  deceased,  which will  is  in words
<br /> 		as follows:
<br />     				"LAST WILL AND TESTA.MENT OF WALTER J.  BETT
<br />  			"I,  Walter J.  Bett,  of  the  Village  of Maywood,  County of Cook and
<br />  	,      S�tate  of  Illinois,  being of  sound mind and memory and considering the
<br /> 		uncerteinty of  this  frail  and transitory life,  do therefore,  make,  ordain,
<br /> 		publish and declare,  this  to be  my liast Will  and Testament,  hereby re-
<br /> 		voking and  cancelling  all  other or f ormer Wills by me  at  any time made.
<br /> 	'     							P..RTICLE  I
<br />			"I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named pay all my
<br /> 		just  debts  and f uneral  expenses  as  soon after my  decea.se  as  conveniently
<br /> 		may be.    I  direct that these  expsnses and the  cost of  administration be
<br /> 		withdrawn from my account in the Melrose Park National  Bank.
<br />       								ARTICLE  II
<br />  			"I  give,  devise  and bequeath to my beloved wife,  Alice  Nelson  Bett,
<br /> 		all  of my property,  rea1,  personal,  or mixed of whatsoever character
<br /> 		and wheresoever situated of which I may die,  seized or possessed,  or
<br /> 		which I may own or have  any interest  in at the  time  of my  demise.
