<br /> 1aw, and the Court being fully advised in the prerrises, finds :
<br /> l. That said Final Account is correct and should be allowed
<br /> and tn at the stateir'�ents and alle�ations in the Petition for Final
<br /> �ettlement are true and. correct.
<br /> 2, That said �Jxecutrix took poss�ssion of the personal ,
<br /> prapeNty b�longin�: to s�id estate anc� ha: pa7.d all debts and clazmr
<br /> a7_lowed and the co.�t,s and �.xp�nses of adr,-.inistration; that tl-iese have
<br /> exc��ed.�.,�d the ar:ount of personal pr.onerty and assets available for
<br /> payrnent of claims and that such claims have been paid by. the Executrix
<br /> . personall?r and she has waived all clairn for reim�ursement therefor,

<br />' County, P'ebraska, on September l, 196�, and left as his sole and only

<br />� widow, Elsie Schimmer, daughter and 'Lorraine �-�eadrick, daughter, all
<br /> of whom are ef legal age .
