<br />� I direct,my Executors , hereinafter named, to pay out of my
<br />' general astate all of my just debts , expenses of, last illness and burial,
<br />� and the costs and expenses of. administration of my estate. This �hall

<br /> not include any indebtedness secured b� real estate mortgages or loans
<br />�' ' on insurance policies. .
<br />�� SECOND
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath to my husband, Bob Scott Williamson,
<br /> all of my estate, remaining after the items set forth in the FIRST Para-
<br /> graph have been taken care of, this to include both real estate and
<br /> personal property, whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired and
<br /> wheresoever situated, and all property over which I hold power to
<br /> appoint.
<br /> TH IRD
<br /> In the event my husband, Bob Scott Williamson, does not survive
<br /> me, then and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath the foregoing
<br /> residue of my estate in equal shares to my daughter, Shirley Sake and
<br /> my daughter, Eva Jean Tomlinson, share and share alike, to have and
<br /> to hold the same forever; provided, if either of my daughters should
<br /> not be living but leave descendants surviving, either issue or legally
<br /> adopted children, I direct that such descendants shall take the share
<br /> that my daughter would have received if living by right of representation.

<br /> FOURTH
<br />;� I name, nominate and appoint my husband, Bob Scott Williamson
<br />' to be the Executor of this , my Last Will and Testament, but if for any
<br />'I reason he does not qualify, or a successor needs to be ap�ointed, I
<br /> request the appointment of my daughter, 5hirley Sake and my daughter,
<br /> Eva Jean Tomlinson, as joint Executrices. I further request that none
<br /> of them be required to furnish surety on their off icial bonds as such.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature and
<br /> executed the foregoing as my Last Will and Testament ir� Grand Island,
