<br /> This cause came on to be heard this 24th day of November,
<br /> 1967, at 2:00 o' clock p.m., upon the petition of George Ehlers,
<br /> , surviving husband of said deceased, for determination of any
<br /> Nebraska inheritance tax due or owing in this cause. The
<br /> Court finds that the voluntary appearance of the County
<br />� Attorney of Hall County, Nebraska, and of Merrick County,
<br />, .

<br />; - Nebraska are on file herein, and that the court has jurisdic-
<br />� tion of these proceedings.

<br />� On consideration of the evidence and being duly advised in
<br />�-
<br />,� the premises, the Court finds that Olga Ehlers died, intestate,
<br /> on December 22, 1957, and that no proceedings for administra-
<br /> tion of her estate has been commenced. That she left her
<br /> surviving as.her sole and only heirs-at-law, her husband, George
<br /> Ehlers, and her father, Carl Lucks. The Court further finds
<br /> that said deceased left no child or other descendant her sur-
<br />'� viving.

<br /> perty in her own name alone, but that she was the owner as '
<br />,;� joint tenants with petitioner, George Ehlers, of the following •
