<br /> The Court further finds that on tlze 29th day of June, 1967, an
<br /> order of this Court was made allowing creditors until the 25th day of
<br /> October, 1967 within which to fil� claims, and allowing said executrix
<br /> one �ear within which to settle said estate, and further ordering that
<br /> � notice to creditors be published a.s by law required, and that a hearing
<br /> on claims f iled against said es�ate be held at the office of the County .
<br /> Judge of Hall County, Nebraska on the 27th day of October, 1967, at 9:00
<br /> o' clock a.m. and it appears by proof on file that such notice was pub-
<br /> lished as ordered by t't�is Court.
<br /> The Court further finds that the executrix filed herein her inven-
<br /> tory of the assets of this estate, together with a copy thereof for the
<br /> County Assessor of Ha.11 County, Nebraska, and that according to said
<br /> inventory said deceased died seized and possessed of the following des-
<br /> cribed property:
<br /> REAL ESTATE
<br /> Lot Five (5) , in Block Thirteen (13) , in Gilbert' s �ddition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Personal property as itemized in the Inventory.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 27th day of October, 1�67, an
<br /> order of this Court was ma.de barring claims which mignt be filed against
<br /> -this estate, and the Court finds that no cl7ims were filed herein. The
<br /> Court further finds that all expenses of administration, including court
<br /> costs, executrix fees, and attorr_eys' fees have been paid: The courL
<br /> further finds that pursuant �o the provisions of Paragraph IV of the last
<br /> will and testament of said dec�ased, Nancy Butler, as execu�rix, was
<br /> authorized and empowered �o sell the above described real estat�, and
<br /> that she did so. Tne �;our't further finds that all assets of this
<br /> estate, in addition to said real estate, have been liquidazed and con-
<br /> verted into cash.
<br /> The Court £urther fir_ds tna.t pursuant to the provisions of Paragra��h
<br /> III of the 1 ast will and testamen� of said deceased, all net a�setti of
<br /> this estate passed, in fee sinple absolute, a.nd in equal s'r�ares, to tne
<br /> six sisters of said deceased: Inez Ward, Grace Prowett, Nancy Eutler,
<br /> Mildred Riels, Muriel Shaver, a.nd Dorothy �orris.
<br /> The Court further finds that tnere is no Nebras7ca inheritance tax,
<br /> Federal estate tax, nor Nebraska estate tax due or owing herein.
<br /> The Court further finds that copies of a7.1 publisned legal nozices
<br /> have been sent to all interested parties during the administration oi
<br /> this estate as by law required, and that affidavits per-caining there'�o
<br /> are on file herein; that certi�icates pertaining to personal taxes hav�
<br /> been filed herein by the C ounty Assessor ��.nd CounLy Treasurer of Hall
<br /> County, Nebra slta.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ALUUDGED AND DECRE�D BY THE COURT that
<br /> the Final Report c� Nancy Builer, executrix herein, be and tne same is
<br /> hereby approved and allowe�g i.hat no claims were �iled aga.ins` this
<br /> , estaze, and that any claims no� heretofore filed be and the sam� are
<br /> here�y barred; that all expenses of adriinistra�ion have been paid, and
<br /> tha� this estate ,zas been fully liquidaied, including sale by the ex-
<br /> ecutrix of the real estate described above; that there is no Nebraska
<br /> inheri�ance tax, Nebrask� esta�� tax, nor Federal estate tax due or
<br /> owinq herein; that said decea.sed 1e�t him surviving as his sole and only
