<br /> At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall
<br /> � in the State of Nebraska this 22nd day of November, 1967.
<br />' Present: Edward Dixon, County Judge.
<br />, BE IT REMEMBERED, that Nancy Butler, executrix, filed herein her
<br /> f inal report as such executrix, together with a petition praying that
<br /> said report be allowed, for a decree of heirship, determination of
<br /> inheritance tax, order of final distribution and final settlement and
<br /> discharge. For these purposes the 22nd day of November, 1967, at 10:00
<br /> o' clock a.m. in the County Court Room in said County was assigned as
<br /> the time and place for hearing said petition and examining and allowing
<br /> said final report; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of
<br /> such nearing be given as by law required; and it appears by proof on
<br /> file that notice was given as ordered by the Court, and that no obiec-
<br /> tions to said final report have been made or filed. Upon examination
<br /> of the record and evidence in this matter and being duly advised in
<br /> the premises, the Court finds as f ollows: That Oral F. Shirey died
<br /> Niay 28, 1967, testate, and a resident of Hall County; that Nancy Butler
<br /> filed in this Court an instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br /> testament of Oral F. Shirey, deceased, and a petition offering the
<br /> same for probate and petitioning the Court to appoint her executrix of
<br />' this estate, and that an order of this Court was made assigning the 29th
<br /> day of June, 1967 at 10:00 o' clock a.m. in the C ounty Court Room of
<br /> said county as the time and place for hearing said petition, proving said
<br /> will, and admitting the same to probate, and ordering that notice of the
<br /> pendency of said hearing be given as by law required, and it appears by
<br /> proof on file that notice of such order was so given.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 29th day of June, 1967, said
<br /> instrument was proven, allowed, and adr.litted to probate as the last will
<br /> and testament of Oral F. Shirey, deceased, w hich will is in words a.s
<br /> f ol lows:
<br /> "LAST WILL AND TEST�IMENT OF ORAL F. SHIREY
<br /> "I, Oral F. Shirey of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br /> and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
<br /> last will and testament, revoking any former wills made by me, in words
<br /> as follows:
<br /> ' I.
<br /> "I appoint my sister, Nancy Butler of Pa.lmer, Nebraska, executrix
<br /> of this will and direct that she need not furnish surety on her bond.
<br /> In the event tha.t she is unable to so serve or complete her duties as
<br /> executrix, I appoint my sister, Inez Ward of St. Paul, Nebraska, as
<br /> alternate or successor executrix. All powers and discretion hereinafter
<br /> granted my sisters, shall be fully applicable to any administrator with
<br /> the will annexed.
<br /> II.
<br /> "I direct my executrix to pay all debts which are legally enforce- .
<br /> able against my estate, as soon after my death as may be convenient.
<br /> III. .
<br /> "I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder
<br /> of the assets of my estate of every nature whatsoever and wheresoever
<br /> situated, in fee simple absolute, and in equal shares to those of rny
<br /> sisters living at the tirne of my death. P_� the present time my living
<br /> M sisters are: Inez Ward, Grace Prowett, Nancy Butler, Mildred Riels,
