<br /> At a session of the''County Court held in and for said County of Hall
<br /> in the `State of Nebraska this.'lst day of Novembe��, 1967.
<br /> Pxesent: Edwa.rd Dixon, County J'udge.
<br /> BET IT REMEN�ERED, that the Bank of Doniphan, administrator, filed
<br /> herein its final report as such administrator, together with a petition
<br /> praying that' said report be allowed, for a decree of heirship, deter-
<br />�., ' mination of inheritance tax; order of final distribution and final settle-
<br /> ment and discharge. For these purposes the lst day of November, 1967,
<br />�� at 10:00 o'clock a.m. 'in the Gounty Court Room in said �unty was assign-
<br /> ed as the time and plaee for hearing said:petition and examining and
<br /> allowing said final report; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency
<br /> of such hearing be given as by law requiredt and it appears by proof on
<br /> file that notice was given as ordered by the Court, and that no objec-
<br /> tions to said final report have been made or filed. Upon examination .
<br /> of the record and evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br /> premises, the Court finds as follows: That Clyde F. Bartlett died
<br /> April 27, 1967, intestate, and a resident of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> ' that an order of this Gourt was made assigning the 12th .day of June,1967
<br /> at 10:00 o' clock a.m. in the County Court Room of said County as the
<br /> time and place for hearing said petition, and ordering. that notice of
<br /> the pendency of said hearing be given as by law required, and it appears
<br /> by proof on file, that notice of such order was so given.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 12th day of June, 1967, proof
<br /> of the facts set forth in said petition was made and the Bank of Doniphan
<br /> was appointed aclministrator of this estate, and that it:furnished bond
<br /> as required and approved by this Court. The Court finds that Clyde F.
<br /> Bartlett left him surviving as his sole and only heirs-at-law the fo�.low-
<br /> ing persons: Cora A. Bartlett, widow, Kathleen Robb, daughter; Betty
<br /> Hemminger, daughteri Susie Cosby, daughter and Thomas Bartlett, son,
<br /> and that the said Cora A. Bartlett was the mother of all of the children .
<br /> of said deceased.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 12th day of June, 1967, an order
<br /> of this court was made allowing creditors until the 5th day of October,.
<br /> � 1967 wi'thin which to file claims, and allowing said adm�.nistrator one
<br /> year within which to settle this estate, and further ordering that notice
<br /> to creditors be published as by law required, and that a hearing on �
<br /> claims filed against said estate be held at the office of the County
<br /> Judge of Hell County, Nebraska ori the 6th day of October, 1967 at 9:00 �
<br /> o'clock a.m., and it ap�ears by proof on file that such notice was furnish-
<br /> ed as ordered by this Court. ' '

<br /> The Court further finds that the administrator filed herein its i
<br /> inventory of the assets of this estate, together with a copy thereof
<br /> for the County Assessor of Hall County, Nebraska, and that according �
<br /> to said inventory said deceased died seized and possessed of the follow- j
