<br /> This cause came on to be heard this 23rd day of October, 1967
<br /> at 10:00 o'clock a.m., the time heretofore set by order of this Court
<br /> for hearing upon the petition filed herein for determination of any
<br /> Nebraska inheritance tax; and the Court finds that notice of hearing
<br /> was given by publication in the Grand Island Daily Independent one
<br /> time, as ordered by the Court, and that the only person interestecl in
<br /> this estate, aside from the County of Hall, is the petitioner, Margaret
<br /> E. Treon. The Court further f inds that the voluntary appearance and
<br /> receipt of notice of hearing of the County Attorney of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska �aas had and filed herein as by law required. Upon co_^.-
<br /> sideration of the evidence, the Court finds as follows:
<br /> I.
<br /> That Harry Treon died on September 25, 1967, and at the time of
<br /> his death he was a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraslca.
<br /> II.
<br /> That the said Harry Treon left him surviving as his sole and only
<br /> heirs-at-law the f ollowing persons: Margaret E. Treon, his wife;
<br /> William Treon, his brother; and Bessie Startk, his sister.
<br /> III.
<br /> That no proceedings for administration of his estate has been
<br /> commenced and none is contem�lated. That said deceased, at the time
<br /> of his death, owned no property in his own name alone.
<br /> IV.
<br /> That said deceased was the owner, as joint tenant with Margaret
<br /> E. Treon of the following described property:
