_5_ estate, after deducting payment of said estate taxes and inheritance taxes f rom said remaining 50%; and that the remainder interest of property in which Mary Grace Nioslander received a life estate passed one-half each to the children of said deceased, Grace Moslander Frei and James A, Mosla.nder, Jr. The Court further finds that copies of all published legal notices have been sent to all interested parties during the administration of this estate as by law required, and that affidavits pertaining thereto are on file herein; that certificates pertaining to personal taxes have been filed herein by the �ounty �ssessor arid County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska. IT IS, THEREFOFLE, ORDERED, ADJUDGFD AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of Mary Grace P�Ioslander, executrix herein, be and , the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; that any claims not heretofore filed against this estate be and the same are hereby barred; that all expenses of administration have been paid or waived; that there is Nebraska inheritance tax due and owing herein to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebr�ska in the amount of $746.71; that said deceased left him surviving as his sole and only heirs-at-law the follow- ing persons: Mary Grace Moslander, his widow; Grace Moslander Frei, his daughter; and James A� Moslander, Jr., his son; that said Federal estate tax has not been paid and snould be paid by tYie executrix, to- gether with inheritance taxes out of the portion of this estate in which Mary Grace Moslander receives a life estate, and Grace Moslander Frei and James A, Moslander, Jr. receive the remainder interest; that separate- ly owned assets of this estate are distributable pursuant to the Will and Codicil of said deceased after payment of said Federal estate taxes and inheritance taxes as follows= �n amount not to exceed 50% of the ad- judged gross estate, as determined for Federal estate tax purposes, after deducting property owned in joint tenancy by said deceased and Mary Grace Moslander, and after deducting life insurance payable to N1ary Grace Moslander; the balance of the separately owned assets of this estate, after payment of said Federal estate taxes and inheritance taxes, pass and are distributa.ble to Grace P�Iosiar.der Frei and James A. rloslander, Jr. , subject to a life estate therein in iavor of Mar y Grace Moslander; that upon proof of payment o� Sta�te inheritance taxes and Fed�ral estate taxes and proof of distribution of the assets of this estate, a.s pro- vided under the last will and testament �nd codicil thereto of said deceased, that this estate bQ fully admir.istered, s�ttled and closed, and said executrix discharged and released f rom her bond.
