<br /> on the 12th day of May, 1967, said instr�e:�ts to which this certificate

<br /> testament and codicil thereto of �hc- real and personal estate of said
<br /> James A, Moslander, deceased, and the s�me were ordered to be recorded

<br /> Moslander lef't him surviving as his ,�ole and only heirs-at-law the follow-
<br /> ing persons: Mary Grace Noslander, his wic�ow, Grace Moslander Frei,
<br /> his daughter, and James A. Noslander, Jr. , his son.
<br /> The Court further finds tnat on the 12th day of May, 1967, an order
<br /> of this Court was made allowin.g creditors until the 7th day of September, �
<br /> 1967, within which to file claims, �nd allowing said executrix one year
<br /> within which to settle said estate, and further ordering that notice to
<br /> creditors be published as by law recruired, and that a hearing on claims
<br /> filed against said estate be held at the office of the County Judge of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska on the 11ch day of Scptember, 1967 at 9:00 o' clock
<br /> a.m. and it appears by proof on file that such notice was published as
<br /> ordered by this Court.
<br /> The Court further finds that the executrix filed herein her inven-
