<br /> This cause came on to be heard this 13th day of October,
<br />� 1967, the time heretofore set by order of this court for hear-
<br /> ing on the petition filed herein for determination of any

<br /> Nebraska inheritance tax. The Court fir.ds that notice of
<br /> hearing was given the County Attorney of Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> on the 25th day of September, 1967, and that said County
<br /> Attorney has entered his voluntary appearance in this cause
<br />' and has acknowledged receipt of notice of this hearing. The
<br /> . Court further finds that notice of this hearing was given,
<br />� as ordered, by one publication in the Grand Island Daily
<br />',:
<br /> • Independent on September 26, 1967.
<br /> The petitioner, Laura S. Graebner, and her attorney,
<br />��
<br /> ' Arthur C. Mayer of Mayer & Mayer, were present in p�rson and
<br />� testimony was taken. Upon consider�tion thereof the Court
<br />�
<br /> finds that Oswald A. Graebner died on September 17, 1967, and
<br /> i
<br /> that at the time of his death he was a resident of Grand Island,
<br /> � Hall C ounty, Nebraska. That he left him surviving as his sole
<br /> and only heirs-at-law tlze following persons: Laura S. Graebner,
<br />� his widow, and mother of all of his childrenp Dorcas Schuessler,
<br /> w
<br />� daughter, Lucille Schabacker, daughter, and Eunice Wetzel, daughter.
<br /> , That no proceedings for probate of his Will or administration
<br /> of his estate is pending. That said deceased left no property
<br /> solely owned by him and that all expenses of his last illness
<br /> and burial have been paid by petitioner, Laura S, Graebner.
