<br /> I, John B. Graham, of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> being of sound mind and disposing memory, do herewith make, publish
<br /> ; and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and
<br /> ' form as follows :
<br /> I.
<br /> I revoke any and all former Wills and Codicils thereto by
<br /> me made.
<br /> II.
<br /> I name, nominate and appoint The Commercial National Bank
<br /> and Trust Company of Grand Island, Nebraska , its successor or suc-
<br /> cessors, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
<br /> Hereinafter, my duly appointed, qualified and acting Executor is
<br /> referred to as my personal representative.
<br /> III.
<br /> I direct that my personal representative shall pay .all of
<br /> my �just debts, expenses of last illness, funeral expenses and the
<br /> expenses for the administration of my estate as soon as can conven-
<br /> iently be done.
<br /> IV.
<br /> If my sister, Amelia E. Graham, survives me, I give, devise
<br /> and bequeath to my sister, Amelia E. Graham, all of the rest, residue
<br /> and remainder of my estate, both real estate and personal property,
<br /> whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired and wheresoever
<br /> situated, to be hers absolutely, to have and to hold the same forever. .
<br /> V.
<br /> If my sister, Amelia E. Graham, does not survive me, I give,
<br /> ' devise and bequeath to my brothers, namely: Alexander A. Graham,
<br /> more commonly known as Alec Graham, and George Graham, in equal shares,
<br /> share and share alike, all of the rest, residue and remainder of my
<br /> estate, both real estate and personal property, whether now owned by
<br /> me or hereafter acquired and wheresoever situated; provided, however,
<br /> that in the cese of the death of either of my said brothers in my life-
<br /> time so that I am survived by only one of my said brothers at my
<br /> death, I give, devise and bequeath all of -the rest, residue and remain-
<br /> der of my estate, both real estate and personal property, whether now
<br /> owned by me or hereafter acquired and wheresoever situated, to the
<br /> survivor of my said brothers who survives me at my death.
