<br /> Event of Default. The words "Event of Default" mean any of the events of default set forth in this Deed of Trust in
<br /> the events of defauft secTion of this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Existing [ndebtedness. The words "Existing Indebtedness" mean tfie indehtedness describeci in the F�cis#ing Liens
<br /> provision�of this �eed af Trust.
<br /> Hazardo�s Substances. Tha words "Hazardous Substances" mean materials tf�at, because of their quanti#y,
<br /> concentration or physical, chemica[ or infectious characteristics, may cause or pose a present or patential hazard
<br /> To human health or the enviranrrtent when improperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transporced or ot[�erwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their�ery broadest sense and
<br /> include without limitation any and all hazarcfous or toxic substances, materials or waste as defirted by or listed
<br /> under the Envirorsmenta[ Laws. The term "Hazardous Su6stances" also includes, without limitatian, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum 6y-products or any fraction thereof and asbes'tos.
<br /> lmprovements. The word "Improvements" means all existing and future impravements, 6uildings, structures,
<br /> mobile horrses affixad on the Real Property, faci�ities, additions, replacements and other construction on the Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> ]ndehtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means al] principal, interest, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Credit Agreement or Related Documents, together with all renewals of, extensions of,
<br /> moc[ifieations of, consoiidations of and substitutions for the Credit Agreement or Related Documents and any
<br /> amounts expended or advanCed by Lender to discharge Trustor's obligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender to enforce Trustor`s obligations under this Deed of Trust, together with interest on such amounts as
<br /> provided in this Deed o�Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Equitabte Bank, its successors and assigns. The wards "successors or
<br /> assigns" rnean any persort or company that acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Persanal Prope�-Ey. The wards "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal
<br /> property now or hsreafter owned by 7rustor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the Fieal Property;
<br /> together with alf accessions, par�s, and additions to, al] replacements of, and all substitutions for, any of such
<br /> property; and together wit� all proceeds {including wiihout [imitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of
<br /> premiums} from a�y sale or other disposition of the Properry.
<br /> Property. The word "Property" means colEectively Y}te Real Property and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Property" mean the rea! propert}+, interests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed of Trust.
<br /> ftelated Documents. 7he words "Rslated Docusnents" mear� a!I pramissory notes, credi# agreements, loan
<br /> agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreerrtents, mortgages, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter
<br /> existing, executed in connection witf�tE�e Indebtsdness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means al] present and future rents, revenues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and
<br /> other benefits derived from the Property.
<br /> Trustee. The word "7rustee" means Equitable 8ank {Grand Island Region), wf�ose address is 7 7 3-1 3 5 f� Locust
<br /> St; PO Box 16d, Grand Island, NE 68802-0160 and any substitute or successor trustees.
<br /> Trustor. The word "Trustor" means WILLIAM G HOHLEN and KELLY HOHLEN.
