WITNESSETH: WHEREAS,borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Chattel Mortgage upon that real estate described as: LOT TEN(10}, BLOCK THREE(3), COLONIAL ESTATES SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNT'Y,NEBRASKA which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated 1tJNE l, 20Q9 filed for record on JUNE l,2009 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COt1NTY, NEBRASKA in INSTRUMENT#0200904273; WI�REAS,Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension,the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO JUNE 1 2019. 2. C�NTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date first noted above.
