<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 30, 2012, executed by Thomas William Ziller and
<br />Angela Jo Ziller; Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 201210112 on the 3r day of November, 2012, and the Assignment
<br />of Rents dated November 30, 2012, executed by Thomas William Ziller and Angela Jo Ziller;
<br />Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 201210113 on the 3 day of November, 2012, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Easterly One Third (1/3) Of Lot Eight (8), Block Fifty -Five (55), In The Original Town, Now
<br />City Of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska And, The Westerly Two - Thirds (2/3) Or Forty-Four
<br />(44') Feet Of Lot Eight (8), Block Fifty -Five (55), In The Original Town, Now City Of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />More Commonly Known As 102, 104, 106 W 3rd Street, Grand Island, Ne 68801.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 26TH day of June, 2014.
