<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />CASE NO. BK11 -40027 - TJM
<br />CHAPTER 7 o U
<br />WHEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy under Chapter 13 was filed by Donna S. Montemayor, hereinafter
<br />referred to as "Debtor ", whether one or more, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska on the 6th
<br />day of January, 2011, it was converted to a Chapter 7 on April 27, 2011, and said Debtor was duly adjudged bankrupt on the
<br />14th day of June, 2011; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 27th day of April, 2011, by Order of said Court the undersigned was appointed Trustee of the
<br />estate and effects of said Debtor and is duly qualified and is now acting as such Trustee; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has given notice to creditors on the 22nd day of June, 2011, of his intention to sell property
<br />at private sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, since no creditors have filed objections to said sale on or before July 18, 2011, with the Bankruptcy
<br />Clerk, this Trustee is hereby authorized to sell at private sale to Barry Munsell, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer ", whether
<br />one or more, for the amount of Ten Thousand and No /100 Dollars, ($10,000.00), the following described property, to -wit:
<br />Debtor's one fifth (1/5 interest in real property owned with siblings, located at 219 Campbell Avenue,
<br />legally described as Lot 26, Amick Acres, South Platte Township, Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of said Debtor, by virtue of the powers vested in me
<br />by the Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said Notice and pursuant to said application and for other valuable consideration, do
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title and
<br />interest as such Trustee, subject to all encumbrances of record, the above described property.
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, as fully and
<br />completely as I, the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of said Notice confirming the sale thereof and of the Bankruptcy
<br />Act might or should sell and convey the same.
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein and this Trustee's Deed is without recourse against said
<br />Trustee either individually or as such Trustee.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, have hereunto set my hand this 26th day of July, 2011.

<br />On this 26th day of July, 2011, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public, within and for said County, personally
<br />came John A. Wolf, who is known to me to be the Trustee of the aforementioned Debtor, and to me known to be the
<br />identical person described in and who executed the foregoing Trustee's Deed, and he acknowledged his execution thereof to
<br />be his voluntary act and deed as such Trustee for the purposes therein set forth.
