<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lots One (1) and Two (2), Peace Lutheran
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract
<br />containing 7.850 acres more or less.

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND NEBRASKA, being the owner of the land described hereon, has caused same
