and tenements hereafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff of Hall County, under and by virtue of the said Decree and Order of Sale duly directed to him, did on the first day of May, 2014, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island in the said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to the County of Hall, Nebraska, for the sum of $1.00, which sale was examined and confirmed and Jerry Watson as such Sheriff was ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to the County of Hall, Nebraska. NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law in the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to the County of Hall, Nebraska, the property described as follows, to -wit: Lot Twenty -Five (25), Westroads Estates, Third Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, with all appurtenances thereto attached. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said County of Hall, Nebraska, and assigns, and to them and their use forever.
