<br />MID PLAINS CONSTRUCTION CO., a Nebraska Corporation, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of one Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
<br />grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and appurtenances connected
<br />there with, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4,SE1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The
<br />centerline of the twenty (20.0) foot wide Utility Easement and right -of -way tract being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the easterly line of a tract of land described in Instrument
<br />Number 201400101 recorded in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said point being forty four (44.0) feet northerly and thirty seven (37.0) feet westerly of
<br />the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4, SE1 /4)
<br />of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6
<br />P.M., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence westerly and forty four (44.0) feet
<br />parallel with the southerly line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NE1 /4, SE1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West, a distance of two hundred fifty three (253.0) feet to a point on the westerly line of
<br />a tract of land described in said Instrument Number 2014400101.
