<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br /> WHEREAS, in an action in District Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, wherein A1 A. Avery is Plaintiff, and PBM Asset Manage-
<br /> ment, Inc . , a Nebraska corporation, INA Group, LLC, a Nebraska
<br /> Limited Liability Company, County of Hall, Nebraska, a Body Politic
<br />� and Corporate, and All Persons Having or Claiming any Interest in
<br /> or to a tract of land described as follows : Commencing at the
<br /> Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter, running thence South
<br /> along the section line one rod, thence East 140 rods, thence South
<br /> 20 rods, thence East 20 rods, thence North 21 rods, and thence West
<br />' 160 rods to the place of beginning, all in the Southwest Quarter of
<br /> Section 6, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th p.M. , Hall
<br />' County, Nebraska, and commencing at the Northwest corner of the

<br /> p e of beginning, as shown in Sheriff s Deed under Order of
<br /> Sale recorded as Document No. 20054842, All Real Names Unknown, are
<br /> I Defendants, said Plaintiff did obtain a Decree finding that there
<br /> is due from PBM Asset Management, Inc. , and INA Group, LLC, to
<br /> Plaintiff the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-two and
<br /> I 91/100 Dollars ($1, 822 . 91) together with interest thereon, attorney
<br /> fees and court costs; and
<br /> WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said action that in the
<br /> event of default of the payment of the sum so found due by the said
<br />' PBM Asset Management, Inc. , and INA Group, LLC, that Jerry J.
<br /> Watson, Sheriff of said County of Hall, should cause the lands and
<br />� tenements hereafter described to be advertised and sold according
<br /> to law to pay the same; and
<br />� WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry J.
<br /> Watson, Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said
<br />' Decree and Order of Sale duly directed to him, did on the first day
<br /> of May, 2014, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in the
<br /> City of Grand Island in the said County of Hall, having first given
<br /> I due and iegal notice of the time and place of said sale by
<br /> i publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand
<br /> Island Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation
<br /> in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Al .
<br /> A. Avery, for the sum of Seven Thousand One Hundred and No/100
<br /> Dollars ($7, 100 . 00) , which sale was examined and confirmed and
<br /> Jerry J. Watson as such Sheriff was ordered to convey the said
<br /> premises in fee simple to A1 A. Avery.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of the
<br /> County of Hall, State of Nebraska, in consideration of the premises
<br /> and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law in the Decree of
<br /> said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to Al A. Avery the
<br /> property described as follows, to-wit:
