10. Any notice shall be deemed served effective (i) upon delivery, if personally <br />delivered, or (ii) on mailing by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, <br />addressed as noted below and the customary registered /certified mail receipt shall be <br />evidence of such notice: <br />If to Fugate: <br />If to Williams: 2920 Bock Avenue <br />Grand Island, NE 68803 <br />11. Should any provision of this Agreement be declared invalid by a legislative, <br />administrative or judicial body of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions hereof <br />shall remain in full force and effect and be binding on the parties and their successors or <br />assigns. Furthermore, in lieu of such invalid provision, there shall be added <br />automatically as a part of this Agreement, a provision as similar in terms of such invalid <br />provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable and reasonably <br />acceptable to both parties. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the day and <br />year first above written. <br />Michael S.
