<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by PATRICK
<br />D. LANGER and CAROLYN K. LANGER, husband and wife, to BRANDON S. CONNICK,
<br />Attorney at Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />MARCUS J. SNOW and PAMELA H. SNOW, husband and wife, the Beneficiaries named
<br />therein, dated August 31, 2006, and recorded September 1, 2006, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Grand Island, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200607862, has been paid, and
<br />the said Beneficiaries have requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following - described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lot Two (2), Home Federal Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, formerly a part of the Hamilton Subdivision and the Mayer - Mehring Subdivision all in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
