Exp. 10-06-2014 <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, JEFFREY A <br />HERBER AND VALARIE A HERBER, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National t <br />Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated May 2, 2005, and recorded on May <br />9, 2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number <br />200504164 has been paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by <br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to <br />the person or persons entitled thereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written <br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without <br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, <br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property: <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4NW 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast (NE) corner of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4NW1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) <br />West of the 6th P.M.,Hall County, Nebraska; thence running Westerly on the North line of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4NW 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13) a distance of Five Hundred <br />Fifty (550) feet to the actual point of beginning; thence running Southerly Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet <br />thence running Westerly Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet; thence running Northerly Three Hundred Thirty <br />(330) feet; thence running Easterly Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet to the point of beginning. <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 13` day of May, 2014, <br />Patricia J.
