That Cornerstone is named as Lender and Beneficiary of a Deed of Trust signed by Mark A. Codner and <br />Brenda S. Codner, husband and wife, conveying the following real property to Cornerstone Bank, Lender <br />and West Gate Bank, trustee: <br />The North Ninety Five 195) Feet of Lots Four 14), Five 15) and Six 16), in Block Four 14), Brett and Johnson's <br />Addition to Wood River, Nail County, Nebraska <br />3. Cornerstone Bank assigned its Beneficial Interest to West Gate Bank by recording an "Assignment of <br />mortgage /Deed of Trust." The aforementioned document was signed by the Senior Vice president of <br />Cornerstone Bank and properly recorded in the Hall County Mortgage Records as Instrument Number <br />201403002 on May 21, 2014. <br />4. That the filed Assignment of Deed of Trust contained one scrivener's error. <br />a. The assignment failed to properly reference the Deed of Trust it was assigning. The Deed <br />of Trust being assigned to West Gate Bank was originally recorded as Instrument Number <br />201401969, and recorded on April 7, 2014.
