<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF DISTRIBUTION
<br />THIS DEED is made by MICHAEL H. IVERSEN, HAROLD LEE
<br />MASCHMANN and MATTHEW H. MASCHMANN, Successor Co- Trustees of the
<br />ELIZABETH J. CHANEY TRUST, GRANTORS, to MICHAEL H. IVERSEN,
<br />HAROLD LEE MASCHMANN and MATTHEW H. MASCHMANN, GRANTEES.
<br />WHEREAS, the Grantors were, under the terms of the Elizabeth
<br />J. Chaney Trust, named Successor Co- Trustees of said Trust;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Grantors have determined that the Grantees
<br />are the beneficiaries of said Trust and are now entitled to the
<br />distribution of assets of said Trust, which includes the real
<br />estate hereinafter described;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantors convey, assign, transfer and
<br />release to Grantees the following described real estate, to -wit:
