<br />The indebtedness secured by the deed of trust executed by James A..
<br />Swezey, a single man, and Nancy S. Swezey, a single woman, as Trustors, for the
<br />benefit of Richard F. Duryea and Phyllis Duryea, husband and wife, as, Beneficiaries,
<br />and designating William S. Dill, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as
<br />Trustee, dated August 1, 2012, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Cherry County, Nebraska, on August 3, 2012, in Book "161" of Mortgages at page 617,
<br />has been paid to date by the Trustors and the Beneficiaries have requested in writing
<br />that this deed of reconveyance be executed and delivered, as confirmed by the
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiaries, the Trustee reconveys to James A. Swezey and Nancy S.
<br />Swezey all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the
<br />deed of trust on the following real property:
<br />East 36 feet 9 inches of Lot One of South Valentine, an Addition to the City of
<br />Valentine, Cherry County, Nebraska, AND
<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eleven in Township
<br />Nine, North, Range Ten, West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eleven in Township Nine, North,
<br />Range Ten, thence running Westerly parallel to the Northerly line of Section Eleven a
<br />distance of 295 feet, thence running Northerly parallel to the Easterly line of said
<br />Section Eleven a distance of 295 feet, thence running Easterly parallel to the Southerly
<br />line of said Section Eleven to the Easterly line of Section Eleven, thence running
<br />Southerly along and upon the Easterly line of Section Eleven, Township Nine, North,
<br />Range ten to the point of beginning.
