<br />At Beneficiary's request, and for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, Trustee hereby grants, releases, and reconveys to Trustor or the person(s) entitled
<br />thereto, all right, title, and interest of the Trustee acquired by virtue of the above - mentioned Trust
<br />Deed and Assignment of Rents in and to the following property:

<br />County, Nebraska, excluding a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed

<br />9, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as
<br />follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said NE1 /4, Section 9, said corner also being the
<br />Southeast corner of said Lot 6, thence West along the South line of said Lot 6, 616.34 feet to the
<br />point of beginning, thence continuing West along the South line of said Lot 6 a distance of 687.12
<br />feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 6, thence N 0 ° 28'40 "E along the West line of said Lot 6 a
<br />distance of 127.25 feet, thence N 71 °16'15 "E 726.86 feet, thence S 0 °22'W 360.64 feet to the
<br />point of beginning and a parcel of land located in said Lot 6 in the NE1 /4 of said Section 9,
<br />described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said NE1 /4, Section 9, said corner
<br />being also the Southeast corner of said Lot 6, thence West along the South line of said Lot 6,
<br />616.34 feet, thence N 73 °39'E 643.87 feet to a point on the East line of said NE1 /4 and said Lot 6,
<br />thence S 0 °28'20 "W along the East line of said NE1 /4 and said Lot 6 181.28 feet to the point of
