Bays shall be <br />spaced at 25' -0" o.c. from mainframe to mainframe. There are no partition wails or Interior walls included In this <br />price. The entire building shall be Insulated. The roof shall receive a R -38 Simple Saver Insulation system. A white <br />fabric liner with white steel strapping will completely enclose and support the insulation. All roof purlins and <br />structural work will be enclosed except for the mainframe rafters. The walls shall receive R-25 fiberglass Insulation <br />and a full height 26 ea. steel liner. No steel liner on the ceiling. Building will have a base flashing installed to deter <br />moisture from entering around the perimeter. Building will also have 3001f gutters with downspouts. Lapped over <br />wainscoat at 3' -8" hellht Is included on all four sides of the building. Roof shall have 26 ga. galvalume sheeting and <br />walls shall have 26 ga. sheeting. Dool'5 and Windows: Building shall have 4 ea. 3' -0" x 7' -0" steel walk doors with <br />half glass.
