Notary Public <br />1' <br />rr , ..;r1 r <br />in (-) <br />r <br />C <br />SPECIAL SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />(CORRECTIVE) <br />Vandelay Investments, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, GRANTOR, <br />in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration received from Keith J. <br />Kurz and Angela R.
