Galliart, husband and wife as joint tenants, as Trustor, for the benefit of <br />WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., f /k/a Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association as Beneficiary, <br />dated as of May 25, 1994 and recorded on June 22, 1994 as Document No. 94- 105378 in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey <br />unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and <br />interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust.
