4. OBLIGATIONS OF PERSONS UNDER THIS NOTE AND MORTGAGE. If more than one person signs this Note and <br />Mortgage, each person is fully and personally obligated to keep all of the promises made in this Note and <br />Mortgage, including the promise to pay the full amount owed. Lender may enforce its rights under this Note and <br />Mortgage against each person individually or against all persons together. This means that any one of the persons <br />signing may be required to pay all of the amounts owed under this Note and Mortgage. <br />5. RELEASE. Upon satisfaction of all sums secured by this Note and Mortgage (whether by payment or forgiveness), <br />Lender shall release this Note and Mortgage without charge to Borrower, upon request. <br />6. RECORDATION. This Note and Mortgage shall be properly recorded, and Borrower shall pay any recordation <br />costs. <br />7. WAIVERS. Borrower and any other person who has obligations under this Note and Mortgage waive the rights of <br />presentment and notice of dishonor. Presentment means the right to require Lender to demand payment of <br />amounts due. Notice of dishonor means the right to require Lender to give notice to other persons that amounts <br />due have not been paid. <br />8. SUBORDINATE MORTGAGE. This Note and Mortgage, which is a subordinate mortgage, protects Lender from <br />possible losses which might result if Borrower does not keep the promises which he /she /they make in this Note <br />and Mortgage. This Note and Mortgage is and shall be subject and subordinate in all respects to the liens, terms, <br />covenants and conditions of the First Mortgage. <br />9. MODIFICATION OF FIRST MORTGAGE LOAN DOCUMENTS.
